Niro Ceramic Group Whistleblowing Policy

Niro Ceramic Group’s growth, in the last several years, has elevated it to a prominent position among industry players, which demands a higher responsibility in the area of business conduct. As one of our core values is Integrity, the Group is committed to maintaining our reputation of unquestionable integrity in our day-to-day activities. A key part of this is the encouragement of the practice of open avenues and disclosure of communication.

It has always been the Group’s policy to protect individuals from any retaliation resulting from the disclosure of information concerning an activity that violates the Code of Conduct and Ethics. We strive to achieve a condition where employees, business partners, and customers feel comfortable bringing forward issues, questions, and concerns, regardless of the channels.

To facilitate ease of disclosure within the Group and all of our subsidiaries, NiroVoice is officially implemented. Whistleblowing reports made under this system should be made in good faith, and in return, the Group affirms the protection of the whistleblower from any form of retaliation.

Niro Ceramic Group’s Compliance Reporting System provides an alternative channel for individuals to confidentially and anonymously communicate their concerns, and these reports are directed exclusively to the Audit Committee Chairman and the Group Head of Internal Audit. The management team has no access to any whistleblowing report, ensuring the confidentiality and impartial handling of all disclosures.
